Accreditation

Three Notch Veterinary Hospital and Park Veterinary Clinic are accredited hospital members of the American Animal Hospital Association.  Less than 17 percent of all small animal veterinary facilities in North America are accredited hospital members of the as sociation. We achieved this honor before any other facility in St. Mary's County.
 

To achieve this distinction, our hospital and clinic participates in a comprehensive evaluation and quality assessment of our physical plant, medical equipment, practice methods, record keeping and pet health care management.  These evaluations are conducted on a regular basis by the association's trained consultants.

 

We are currently accredited at the
highest level recognized by A.A.H.A. 

Many of our doctors are also registered and recognized
by the Maryland Veterinary Medical Association
